Rethinking what has already been committed to memory

Gallery Revisited is ecstatic to present a solo exhibit for David E. Stone. Beginning Thursday May 10th at noon.

Presented in 2 parts, this exhibit brings a unique dynamic to the notion of artists receptions
and to exhibition installation in general.

What most excites me most about David's work is his ability to invite us into his way of
interpreting things; games, peg boards, cups, books, television - and how he manages to
make something seemingly serious, so absolutely UNpretentious, so humorous.

In addition, his work is extremely accessible - both conceptually and literally.
I like to call it minimalism with more.
It prompts viewers to question the every-day and the ideas of viewing seemingly
ordinary things/ideas in beautiful ways. (and quite simply beautiful this show is)

See you soon, Leora
