A friend of mine is offering an exciting program of art seminars.
His brainchild is called
ART-GATE

This Saturday October 3rd, he is hosting an amazing gallery tour that includes and abundance of information about art in general.

If you have been out of school for a while, are an art-lover, always like engaging and thoughtful conversation about art, or like the insight, this is really something for you to consider!

In a relaxed but conscientious journey, you will build a clearer understanding of what art is, how it is created, exhibited and collected.

Contemporary art is often as much attractive as deceiving.
Why so many attempts and so few relevant outcomes?
Why such an ambivalent love & hate relationship?
How to develop a better reception and a more sophisticated judgment on it?

How art can significantly enhance our grasp of life?

The session is lead by Peter Frank; art writer, curator (THE magazine and Riverside Art Museum)and Art-Gate founder and scholar, Frank Navarro.

The seminar goes beyond the gallery tour and delves into the premise behind the works and reinforces how it shapes our understanding of contemporary art.
Gallery directors will be in attendance as well, to answer questions.
