nothing/something for the new year

no resolutions this year so far...
i do have goals, and those are all pinned up on the pin-up board in chronological order of deadline, from most recently due to the last - spanning from January 4th to the end of March.

these involve out-of-town juried shows, grants, job postings and solo submissions at small institutions.

i have always been the planner. planning ahead, making calls for the future, knowing what will be coming up in 6 months, having shows planned, knowing press deadlines, having a trip booked, knowing what needs to be ready in 2 weeks, by next friday, within the hour and so on.

not this time. not right now.
right now there are no plans, just some goals.

there are some things to wish for too: solo show/s, studio visits, job/financial livelihood from work that i enjoy, continuation of free-flowing "juices", designated monetary amount of art sales per month...to name a few.
